Asger joined Grant Thornton Corporate Finance in August 2023. He brings nearly 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, including more than 8 years of experience within M&A.
He has executed and advised on several cross-border transactions, both as an advisor and as an M&A professional in the industry. Asger has worked with clients and acquisition targets in multiple industries, including IT, Software, Business Services, and Manufacturing. This has included small, medium, and large companies - both listed and private companies.
At Grant Thornton, Asger primarily advises small and medium-sized companies in the Nordic region in relation to M&A, capital injections, and other strategic considerations.
Asger holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investments from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University. During his studies, he spent a semester abroad at the University of California, Los Angeles, USA. In addition, Asger has worked and lived in the USA and Tanzania for a total of 4 years.
