Frederik joined Grant Thornton Corporate Finance in January 2021. Since then, he has assisted companies with M&A transactions, initial public offerings, and private capital injections in the Nordic region.
Frederik primarily advises business owners within the small and mid-cap segment in relation to mergers and acquisitions, capital injections, and other strategic considerations. Additionally, he has assisted several Danish growth companies in getting publicly listed on Nasdaq First North Denmark. He has advised clients in different sectors, including SaaS, Industry & Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods.
Frederik holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting (Cand.merc.fir) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration (HA Almen) from Copenhagen Business School. Frederik spent a semester in Singapore during his studies.
