Hans-Emil joined Grant Thornton Corporate Finance in February 2024 with a solid background in corporate finance. For more than four years, Hans-Emil has advised companies on M&A transactions and capital injections in the Nordics.
He has worked closely with clients and buyers across various industries, including tech, transportation, consulting, and manufacturing companies. In his role at Grant Thornton, Hans-Emil focuses primarily on advising small and medium-sized companies on M&A transactions, capital injections, and other strategic decisions.
In combination with his corporate finance experience, Hans-Emil has also built several successful consumer brands and a fintech company. He has been involved in several transactions, including one of the largest seed rounds in Denmark. In addition, Hans-Emil has been part of the board of an international automotive company for more than six years.
