Jacob Rasmussen

Jacob joined Grant Thornton Corporate Finance in September 2024, where he advises companies on M&A, IPOs, and capital raises in the Nordics.

Jacob has worked with Corporate Finance since 2019 and has advised both Danish and international companies across a variety of industries including IT, business services, energy and life science. He has primarily focused on transactions with small and medium-sized companies - both private and publicly listed.

Jacob holds a Master's degree in Finance from University College Dublin and a Master's degree in Management Accounting from Aalborg University. In addition, he has passed all three exams in the CFA program. In connection with studies and work, Jacob has spent close to five years abroad with stays in Sydney, Amsterdam and Dublin.
