Jakob joined Grant Thornton Corporate Finance in November 2020. Since then, he has assisted companies with M&A transactions, initial public offerings, and private capital injections.
Jakob has assisted several Danish growth companies in connection with their IPOs on Nasdaq First North Denmark and has advised business owners in relation to capital raises and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised companies in several different sectors, such as Tech, SaaS, Consulting and Industrials.
Jakob holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Politics and completed his Master's degree in International Business and Politics at Copenhagen Business School in 2024. In connection with his studies, Jakob has studied in France and spent one semester in New York.
