Jens joined Grant Thornton Corporate Finance in June 2019. Since then, he has advised companies on M&A transactions, initial public offerings, and private capital raises in Denmark.
Jens has more than six years of M&A transaction experience and has advised on led sell-side and buy-side transactions for Danish small and midcap companies. Throughout his career, he has advised a wide range of clients across sectors such as Software, Service, Real Estate and Manufacturing.
In addition, Jens has led several IPO projects including Penneo's listing on Nasdaq First North Denmark in June 2020 and the company's main market listing in April 2022. Jens is registered and approved as a Certified Advisor by Nasdaq.
Jens holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investment (Cand.merc.fin) from Copenhagen Business School and has spent a year abroad during his studies - in the US and Australia.
