Jesper is the head of Grant Thornton's Danish Corporate Finance department, offering advisory services within M&A, ECM and valuation. Jesper has experience with international groups based in Denmark, subsidiaries of international groups and corporations, as well as business owners in the Danish SME segment.
Jesper has been responsible for the execution of both M&A transactions and IPOs on Nasdaq First North Denmark.
Jesper holds more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and has worked with clients in a variety of industries including Pharma/Medico, Business Services, Manufacturing, Software, Energy, Retail, and FMCG.
During his career, Jesper's strategic focus has alternated between large publicly listed companies in Scandinavia and small and medium-sized companies in Denmark.
