Mads joined Grant Thornton Corporate Finance in January 2021. Since then, he has advised companies on M&A transactions, initial public offerings, and private capital injections in the Nordic region.
Mads has advised both Danish and foreign companies, focusing on small and mid-cap transactions. Mads advises business owners in relation to mergers and acquisitions, capital injections, and other strategic considerations. In addition, Mads has led several initial public offerings at Nasdaq First North Denmark and is registered and approved as a Certified Advisor by Nasdaq.
Mads holds wide experience in advising different types of companies with a primary focus on Tech, SaaS, and Consumer Goods. Mads has international experience from China (Beijing and Shanghai) where he lived for three years. During his time in China, Mads provided M&A advisory to both Danish and Chinese companies.
Mads holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law (Cand.merc.jur) from Copenhagen Business School. During his studies, Mads also spent a semester at the Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
