Oliver has been part of Grant Thornton Corporate Finance since September 2021, where he advises Nordic companies on M&A transactions, IPOs, other ECM transactions, and private capital raises.
Oliver started as an Analyst at Grant Thornton during his studies, and in August 2023 he will start his full-time position as an Associate. Over the years, he has assisted in M&A transactions, IPOs and capital raises for small and medium-sized Danish companies in several different verticals.
Oliver holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting (Cand.merc.fir) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration (HA Almen), both from Copenhagen Business School.
