Simon joined Grant Thornton Corporate Finance in January 2021. Since then, he has assisted companies with M&A transactions, initial public offerings, and private capital injections in the Nordic region.
Simon has assisted several Danish growth companies in getting publicly listed on Nasdaq First North Denmark and advised business owners in relation to mergers and acquisitions and other strategic considerations. He has advised clients in different sectors, including SaaS, Tech, Industry & Manufacturing, and Retail.
Simon holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics and Finance (Cand.merc.) and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School. Simon also spent a semester in Australia during his studies.
