Ulrik has been part of Grant Thornton Corporate Finance since the summer of 2021, where he advises Nordic companies on M&A transactions, IPOs, other ECM transactions and private capital raises.
Ulrik started as an Analyst at Grant Thornton during his studies, after which he started his full-time position as an Associate in April 2023. Over the years, he has assisted in both corporate transactions, IPOs and capital raises for small and medium-sized Danish companies in several different verticals.
Ulrik holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investments (Cand.merc.fin) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration (HA Almen), both from Copenhagen Business School.
