Viktor joined Grant Thornton in August 2020 and has since then advised on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and up-listings, as well as capital raises.
Viktor has assisted with several corporate transactions, IPOs and capital raises. He started as an Analyst at Grant Thornton, where he initially had the opportunity to develop his valuation skills in fiscal assessments, evaluations, and appraisals processes, before moving his full focus to the Corporate Finance team. Here, he advises companies in various verticals, including Manufacturing, Software and Technology.
Viktor holds a Master's degree in Finance and Strategic Management (Cand.merc.) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration (HA Almen) from Copenhagen Business School. During his studies, Viktor spent a semester on exchange at the University of Richmond in the United States.
