Viktor has been with Grant Thornton Corporate Finance since June 2021, advising companies on M&A transactions, IPOs, and capital raises in the Nordics.
Viktor has assisted with a number of M&A transactions, IPOs, and other strategic considerations. In addition, Viktor has assisted in leading capital raises for small and medium-sized companies - both listed and private. Throughout his time at Grant Thornton, Viktor has advised clients in various industries, including SaaS, Tech, Retail, and Mobility.
Viktor holds a Master's degree in International Business (Cand.merc.) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Sociology from Copenhagen Business School. During his studies, Viktor also spent a semester at George Washington University in the USA.
