Yasmin has been part of Grant Thornton's Corporate Finance team since December 2019, advising on both M&A transactions, IPOs, and capital raises in Denmark.
Yasmin has focused on the small and mid-cap segment in Denmark and the Nordics, where she has assisted owners in four sell-side mandates within the FMCG and Manufacturing industry, as well as four IPOs on Nasdaq First North, primarily within the Software-as-a-Service industry.
Yasmin holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting (Cand.merc.fir) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration (HA Almen), both from Copenhagen Business School. During her studies, Yasmin spent a semester in New Zealand.
